6-Week Fitness Challenge
Looking for a change but need a little help? Or, are you looking for a total body transformation including behaviors and factors affected by your fitness — energy, confidence and strength?
Our next 6-week challenge is starting soon. The challenge is designed for everyone, but you must be willing to put in the work. You must be willing to come to Rivet 3 days a week for 6 consecutive weeks. It’s only 30 minutes on each workout day with consistency the key! You’ll workout in small groups, led by awesome instructors and our built-in team environment is the path to your success. Think Fun, Fitness & Community.
For the optimal #GetRiveted experience, we need your commitment, and with that we’ve got you covered:
- Three Fit30 workouts per week (27 classes to choose from)
- High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) for home or travel workouts
- Unlimited email and online support

Six-week pre-summer transformation starts April 30th through June 9th!
Your first payment is due at registration (non refundable deposit and non transferable). Your second payment will be charged automatically on May 5th, 2018. In the case of injury or significant life event, cancellation of your automatic payment is available by submitting your written cancellation request via email 3 business days before the payment is processed. We cannot refund payments that are processed if these conditions are not met. We reserve the right to request a doctor’s note in the case of injury. Access to classes is “use it or lose it.” No refunds for missed classes — there are 27 weekly classes to choose from and you’re responsible for making your schedule fit the class times.
Portland’s Rivet Athletic Club is located on 99E. We help everyday people make incredible transformations, just like those you see in magazines. Our 3-pronged approach — Fitness, Nutrition & Accountability — produces consistent & predictable results. We work together as a team, customizing your program to get through the six weeks (it will be our little six-week secret).

New Workouts Everyday
You will be with a trainer 3 days per week (more if you like) taken through the most cutting edge workouts available to help you melt fat, tone up and see results fast. You will be able to track your own progress which will help you continue to improve, avoid plateaus and keep seeing results far past your 6 weeks.
We will sit down with you and make you your own custom meal plan. Exactly what you need, given your body, schedule, and food preferences, so it is not only doable, but enjoyable. We adjust every week as needed to make sure you see results week-in, week-out.
We will sit down with you and map out your exact grocery list so you know what to buy at the grocery store, and leave nothing to guesswork.

Not only will you have us when you are in the gym working out, but you will also be able to contact your personal accountability coach whenever you need for help, tips, advice, or just someone to give you some extra encouragement. We are here to help you succeed.
