Megan became involved in the health/wellness/fitness industry at a young age as an athlete growing up. Training as an athlete inspired her to coach other athletes in sports and weightlifting. She specializes in getting the body on track through specific massage modalities, nutrition, and personal training through deep stretching for increased range of motion with mobility and strength training.

Skye joins the RVT team with over a year of CrossFit coaching coupled with a decade of teaching experience. She is an active-duty Warrant Officer working for the US Army Corps of Engineers and assigned to the Oregon Training Center in the National Guard.

I’m an amateur foodie, am learning to fish, am game for most water sports or actives and try new activities in general, and above all, I love to laugh.
Jesse got into CrossFit at Cleveland High School in 2014. Though he loves running, swimming, and cross country skiing, these single modality sports don’t keep him interested for very long. Having a high amount of ADHD, Jesse thrives off of the variety that CrossFit offers! Jesse’s goal when coaching is to provide a positive environment while keeping his athletes free of injury.

Chris comes to Rivet with a passion for fitness and health. After his time in the Army, he lost site of that and gained 120lbs. Since losing the weight and dedicating his life to being the best role model for his son, he is always looking for ways to help others find ways to achieve their goals. He has been involved with CrossFit for three years and finds it’s more than just a way to stay in shape. He embraces the community aspect of it and has become a vocal advocate and helping other embrace that community aspect of it. In his spare time, he moonlights as a fulltime database engineer at Nike.

Robert comes from the high-tech world having started two companies to working at Global Top 100 companies including Cisco and Apple. He’s always been customer-focused and brings that passion to our business. He loves to teach and is super motivated by seeing people achieve their goals and do things they never thought possible. Having received an artificial heart valve 4 1/2 years ago, CrossFit has become the way Robert stays healthy, fit and plans to live a long, prosperous life. Robert has been know to be called a geek in the gym, especially when you see him at the whiteboard with spreadsheet printouts planning his CF Open strategy for the workouts.
