Favorite CrossFit movement: Rope climbs! One of those few movements that favor the taller athlete.
Least favorite CrossFit movement: Running. I am not a good runner, but I’m working on it.

Megan became involved in the health/wellness/fitness industry at a young age as an athlete growing up. Training as an athlete inspired her to coach other athletes in sports and weightlifting. She specializes in getting the body on track through specific massage modalities, nutrition, and personal training through deep stretching for increased range of motion with mobility and strength training.

Heidi found CrossFit in 2013, and has been involved in the community as an athlete ever since, and a coach soon after. She is a functional nutritionist and massage therapist as well as a trainer, and her personal business – Firebreather Wellness – incorporates nutrition, bodywork, and physical fitness into a trifecta of optimal health. She loves lifting heavy things, handstand walks, and is enthusiastic about teaching others new skills.

Robert comes from the high-tech world having started two companies to working at Global Top 100 companies including Cisco and Apple. He’s always been customer-focused and brings that passion to our business. He loves to teach and is super motivated by seeing people achieve their goals and do things they never thought possible. Having received an artificial heart valve 4 1/2 years ago, CrossFit has become the way Robert stays healthy, fit and plans to live a long, prosperous life. Robert has been know to be called a geek in the gym, especially when you see him at the whiteboard with spreadsheet printouts planning his CF Open strategy for the workouts.
